DocMach™ Neurodevelopmental Therapy System brings together individualised therapies to support movement, coordination, sensory processing, and functional independence.
Neurodevelopmental therapies are central to our approach — combining support for regulation, purposeful movement and developmental activities to build everyday functional skills.
Every individual follows a structured program, not random sessions, with consistent care, progress reviews and goals shaped around their needs.
Calming and organising the nervous system to create a foundation for learning and movement.
Supporting developing movement, postural control and coordination through purposeful activities.
Building real-life skills that translate into everyday independence and confidence.
Our programs are designed for children and adults with neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions.
Each program is personalised based on a detailed assessment and individual needs.
DocMach™ Neurodevelopmental Therapy System provides structured care to support movement, coordination, sensory integration, and functional independence.
Individualised neurodevelopmental therapies combine gentle, hands-on support with purposeful movement and developmental activities.
Supporting how the brain and body work together through movement and developmental activities.

Dr. Maheswari is a Specialist in Neurodevelopment with a strong clinical foundation in physiotherapy, occupational therapy (OT) approaches and neurorehabilitation, bringing decades of experience in supporting children with developmental and neurological challenges.
Her expertise includes working with children with global developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing difficulties, motor coordination challenges and syndrome-related developmental needs.
As a specialist in neurodevelopment, Dr. Maheswari focuses on understanding each child’s unique neurological, sensory, motor and functional developmental profile. Her approach integrates neurodevelopmental principles, occupational therapy-informed sensory integration strategies, therapeutic movement, sensory-motor activities, postural control, balance training and functional rehabilitation.
She believes that meaningful developmental progress begins with understanding each child’s individual abilities, challenges and potential. Through structured, individualised therapeutic programmes, she aims to strengthen foundational developmental skills, encourage functional independence and improve participation in everyday activities.
Her clinical philosophy emphasises a holistic, child-centred and family-inclusive approach. By working closely with parents and caregivers, she ensures that therapeutic strategies extend beyond clinical sessions into the child’s daily environment, supporting consistent learning and developmental progress.
Her Philosophy
“Every child deserves to be understood, supported and given the opportunity to develop to their fullest individual potential.”

Dr. Nirmaladhvei brings an Ayurvedic perspective to DocMach, with a focus on digestive wellbeing, everyday routines and support for the whole family. Her work considers the gut–brain connection as part of an individualised approach that complements each child’s developmental programme. She helps families find practical, manageable ways to support nourishment, comfort and balance in daily life.
As the mother of an autistic child, I understand the uncertainty, exhaustion and everyday challenges parents can face. I want families to feel heard and supported—with practical guidance that fits real life, encourages calmer evenings and makes more room for connection, rest and family wellbeing.Book a consultation

Individual experiences and progress vary.
Supporting the brain, body, digestion, and daily regulation from the inside out.
At DocMach™, we understand that neurodevelopment, behaviour, energy, sleep, attention, digestion, and emotional regulation can all be influenced by gut health and nutrition.
Our approach includes supportive nutritional guidance, gut health education, food routine review, and personalised lifestyle recommendations to complement the neurodevelopmental therapy program.
Helping families understand how digestion, food tolerance, gut balance, and nervous system regulation may be linked.
Reviewing eating patterns, hydration, meal timing, sleep rhythm, and daily habits that may affect progress.
Providing practical guidance for children with sensory food preferences, restricted eating, low appetite, constipation, bloating, or irregular digestion.
Simple, realistic food and lifestyle recommendations that parents can follow at home without overwhelm.
Nutrition and gut health support is complementary and does not replace medical diagnosis, prescribed treatment, or specialist care. Referrals may be recommended where needed.
